'Red Fairy' to run in Shindewadi for the first time!
Buses will run on various routes including Solapur-Kalamb, Osmanabad-Murud!
Darshan of bus will happen for the first time after independence!
Information of Gram Panchayat member Bakle

Osmanabad: The country is celebrating 75 years of independence. On the one hand, the service from metro to bullet train is being provided to the citizens. However, even today, there are many villages and hamlets where simple ST buses have not been seen. ST bus has not reached Shindewadi (Tal. Osmanabad). There was no road to reach the village. So which bus came and which one? The fate of the villagers reached Pipit V. But now the picture is about to change. A paved road has been prepared to reach Shindewadi. A demand has been made to the depot chief to start bus service from the village and he has testified that the demand has been met. Therefore, a bus will run on this route soon, informed Gram Panchayat member Vinod Bakle.
Shindewadi is a small village with a population of 1000. It is located at a distance of about 1.5 km from Osmanabad-Ausa highway. However, for the last 20 to 25 years, the condition of both the roads leading to Shindewadi had deteriorated. In the rainy season, the villagers had to wade through the mud. Since there is no road to go home, getting an ST bus to the village is a 'divine dream'. As there was no road, not only buses but also other passenger vehicles were not coming. So the students, the elderly, the women and the villagers had to walk through the mud. If you want to start a bus, you need a paved road. Recognizing this need, Gram Panchayat member Vinod Bakle said, Omprakash Rajenimbalkar and Aa. Through Kailas Ghadge-Patil, the Chief Minister gave a statement to the Gramsadak Yojana office and warned of timely agitation. Followed up repeatedly. He has been holding the subject for three years. In the end, it was successful and a fund of Rs 3.50 crore was sanctioned for asphalting of Sarola-Shindewadi to Masoba Pati road. Bakle followed up to get the work started immediately and this was noted. Work is underway and is nearing completion. The villagers, who used to make their way through the mud, are now running smoothly on the asphalt road. Demands are being made to the depot chief Mr. Patil to start the bus after resolving the road issue. Taking note of this demand, the depot chief has promised to release Solapur-Osmanabad-Kalamb, Osmanabad-Murud and other buses from Shindewadi soon. Vinod Bakle, a member of Sarola-Shindewadi Gram Panchayat, has informed that for the first time after 75 years of independence, a 'red fairy' will run in Shindewadi.

The problem of water logging on the roads will soon be solved Positive discussions with the Public Works Department
  - Chief Officer Harikalyan Yelgatte

Osmanabad: The city council administration has already written to the Public Works Department office regarding the problem of water logging on the road from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Chowk to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Chowk in front of Sanjeevani Hospital. The Executive Engineer of the Public Works Department has promised to co-operate in this regard and the problem will be resolved soon, said Harikalyan Yelgatte, Administrator and Chief Officer, Municipal Council.
On the road from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Chowk to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Chowk, the road in front of Sanjeevani Hospital is saving water in the rainy season. The work of this road and drain has been done by the Public Works Department. It has been observed that this problem has arisen due to the small size of the drain and the network of telephone wires of the Telecom Corporation of India. The road was flooded on Saturday due to rains. After realizing this situation, a team of 9 employees and 1 sanitation inspector has cleared the water through the city council office with the help of a JCB.
The city council administration is pursuing the issue of enlarging the drain along the road and shifting the wire network of the Telecommunication Corporation of India along the road to prevent such incidents in the near future. The Executive Engineer of Public Works Department is positive about this and soon after enlarging the size of the drain, Osmanabad Municipal Council is taking precaution not to inconvenience the citizens by conserving water on this road, said Harikalyan Yelgatte, Administrator and Chief Officer of the Municipal Council.
